Done
Two Hampton Classmates Reminisce
by Frankie and Emma
September 2008

Frankie Jacobs Gillette and her friend Emma Daughly discuss the good old times. Frankie shares her experience growing up in Bridgeport, Connecticut and growing up the daughter of a minister. She attended Hampton University in Virginia and attended the March on Washington. "It was the most spiritual and uplifting thing," she said. "At that march we stood and pledged to fight for jobs, freedom and social justice. It was one of the most moving experiences in my life."
