Jeanmarie Theobalds is a powerful portrait photographer.

frames. Each portrait is a multi-faceted story with the
sitter at its center—orbited by vignettes of activity.
The spell cast by the sitter's captured gaze penetrates
and enchants, and their surroundings become areas of infinite
engrossment. The viewer searches for further revelations
in the periphery of her images.
