  Charmaine Rudder

My name is Charmaine Rudder, aka Charmaine Adeyemi. My story, K’Awo, is an excerpt from a book that I am writing about Africans in Trinidad and Tobago and my experience as an African Trinidadian here in the United States. I study extensively and I am working on a series of paintings that depict the Orisa religion in Trinidad. I am a committee member of the Rain Festival that is held every year Trinidad. I am a new writer, although those familiar with my work at home in Trinidad, know that I write poetry. I am more known for my art work (oil paintings) on Orisa. Email: orinayo1@msn.com
