Petra E. Lewis is president and chief strategist of Stone
Communications--which she founded. She has worked as a corporate
writer for more than ten years. She holds both a B.A. and an M.F.A.
from Columbia University, the latter in fiction writing. Lewis was
born in Trinidad, but emigrated to the U.S. as a child. She currently
resides in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. She is in the process of publishing
her fiction debut, The Sons and Daughters of Ham--an urban trilogy.
