The author, Angela Hardison, is a New York City teacher
living in Brooklyn. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, she
has been writing since childhood, but only recently started
sharing her work in open mikes and other smal venues throughout
NYC. She is as yet unpublished, but continues to write
and develop her work through a womyn of color arts collective
that she co-founded called "Lovefest".
