Kimberly Foote is currently writing a memoir of her experiences
in Ghana, where she was a Fulbright Fellow. She is also
working on a screenplay about the slave trade. Her writing
has appeared in Black Arts Quarterly and WarpLand. She
received an MFA in Creative Writing from Chicago State
University.
